NO SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS:
At First Class Esthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service during every appointment. We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, to respect our time and ensure fairness to all of our clients, we have implemented the following Policies:
Cancellations and Reschedules:
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.A same day cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged.No-Show Fee:
If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.Repeated No-Shows:
After two missed appointments without notice, you may be required to pay for your future appointments in advance.Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, the service time may be reduced, and you will still be charged for the full service.Depending on your time of arrival and service booked, we may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not ample time. The cancellation policy will apply.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient service schedule for all of our clients.

REFUNDS:
Service Refunds
All services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns with an appropriate solution, such as a service adjustment.
2. No Show/ Same Day Cancellation fees
Fees are non-refundable.
Card on File:
First Class Esthetics requires a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file for all appointments.
How It Works:
Your card information is securely stored through our payment processor and is never visible to us.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, or late appointment policies.
When Your Card May Be Charged:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% to 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals that may require rescheduling and be subject to a cancellation fee.
For any services requiring a deposit, the remaining balance will be due at the time of the appointment.
Payment Authorization:
By booking an appointment, you authorize First Class Esthetics to charge your card on file in accordance with these policies. If your card is declined, you will need to provide an alternative payment method before scheduling future services.
